I used be a Senior Admin back a while back and i like to be staff again to help stop any trouble makers and keep them under control to make sure everyone having fun and keeping the peace on the server. I have recently returned back to the server and want to help the server again as staff to make sure everyone follows the rules. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? I believe i can be a good people on the staff team i often do my job when it needs be done making sure my job as staff is been done right once i know how to do my job as a mod, admin etc i am good to go back when i was senior admin i got promoted quick because i spend most my time on the staff job since back then mods etc couldn't be bothered. What do you do?
I pull the MPF union into a sit asking why did they kill the civilian and listen to what the person has to say before i take action on the person. if it was a RDM when listening to the reasoning i warn the mpf and ask them not to do it again and it if was because they the civ got in the line of fire i will ask just try watch your fire next time and try avoid shooting them again. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Tell the HECU you cant be walking into the combine base just to defect and state "if you want be combine make a combine" then warn the person for entering the base You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
you simply state this is a sit not RP and demoting me while doing staff duty is not going to work and to calm down. after finish dealing with them breaking the rule by warning them. you then tell the COs higher up and explain what they did and why. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? remove them players from the server and try get any higher staff on the server when they return to back myself up taking screenshots for any proof. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
you simply take a screenshot or a video of what the high ranking staff member is doing and pass it to the person above them to see if thats ok what they doing or not on discord
id recommend you to put some more time into the server before you re-apply to get more used to the changes the server has gone through,
you may have been an SA but we don't fully know you just yet
you may re-apply in a couple of weeks
