Who warned/banned you? : Kowalski

Date of Warn/Ban: 4/14/24

Ban Length: 6 Weeks

Warn/Ban Reason: MRDM | Prop Abuse x1

Why should we remove warn/ban?: I wasn't aware this would actually kill someone, I sincerely apologize for this. I understand that this ban was justified and it shouldn't happen again. I understand the consequences of my actions now. If I could get my ban reduced to atleast a week or two I'd be grateful. I came up with this idea on my own accord and my own actions got me banned.

I don't buy that you didn't think it would kill anyone. Everyone who has played a source game before knows about prop kills. Lying is never a good look for a ban appeal. Why would you do it if you thought it wouldn't do anything? Bigger question why would you do it if you knew it would kill players? I was there when it happened, it seemed to be premeditated as you targeted the DB room while DB was happening knowing that there would be multiple people in one place. You meticulously picked your targets and accurately executed your plan by picking people who were on top of the railing knowing that aiming above the guard railings you could plow through all of the victim's without the prop being stopped until the prop hit the promotion shed. To me this is a clear example of first degree MRDM and you should be punished accordingly.

+1 on REDUCING the ban maybe a week or two. Wing made it very clear in officer comms that he meant no intent to kill, and that, and i quote; "I decided to be retarded and do it on my own." I don't think he was thinking about his actions, and what could've occurred from his actions.

Honestly, I didn't even think I'd have to use this forum account, ever. But here we are. The two responses acting like what he did was a grave sin that demands capital punishment are so... DEATH BY !JAIL @
Wing is a very active/dedicated player, he is on every day doing what he can for whatever one of his multiple characters he has. It looks funny as fuck, but it was also a stupid decision, and more than a month-long ban is genuinely absurd given his intentions.

+1's to reducing the ban to a week or two, don't kick this guy out for SIX WEEKS because he flung a prop.

GRAAAH YOU SHOULD BE PUNISHED ACCORDINGLY!!! !!! !!! y'all are funny as fuck lmfao

I don't think allowing someone to commit mass prop rdm because they are an active member is a healthy response. I think an example should be made of him, i mean we cant just have people thinking that this is okay. We are not playing a sandbox server you know that right, 6 weeks is appropriate. By the end of it he wont ever want to look at a prop ever again.

this was not on purpose at all, if you look closely in the video he was holding the prop with his physics gun, he lets go while he is not moving the prop with his mouse (I think it was stuck in geometry when he let go) then funny source physics does its thing. was an accident

wing's a cool fella, don't think he should be banned over this
this ain't that serious, it's a gmod server after all and dumb shit like this happens every day on the server

I think he was saying that based off his current characters its likely it was an accident, and less of just because he's wing we should let it slide.

Incorrect, and in your comment you said it was an accident which it clearly wasn’t. Wing himself even admitted in the post he did it on purpose and had planned it. So you saying he did it on accident is just straight up dumb and the only reason I can think someone would write that on here is because you like to troll and would rather have it just slide because he’s wing.
