Video isn't damning of intent to kill, the prop clearly ricochets and accidentally killed a couple people. Granted that he shouldn't have been playing with props that could potentially cause such harm, but he's admitted to having been irresponsible. I believe that what matters is a person's intentions, he shouldn't be treated the same way we would treat someone who MRDMs on purpose, 2 week ban would be more than appropriate given the circumstances, 6 weeks is excessive and disproportionate, specially considering he only killed 4 people in the process. I've seen people get a sentence of 2 weeks for killing over 21 people with a grenade. Additionally, Wing is a very active and dedicated player for the resistance, I see no good in him being away for so long.

Okay this dude was 100% trying to kill idk what you guys are smoking, he chucked a prop at the DB line lmao

Like, he legit fails to chuck it in the first time and tries it a 2nd time, it was clearly not stuck in the middle of the air, he just flicked his wrist. Buddy woke up and chose violence

As an experienced prop thrower at the db line and an experienced prop killer, i can safely say that throwing it was the most dumbest thing you could do, 1st, you will 100% get banned if you were to kill people. 2nd, choosing a prop of that mass to throw around is a nono because it's an instant death.

+1 to reduction, but I'd say that was damn near close to intentional but could have been a fluke idk. 6 weeks for a few prop kills is hilarious

Looked 100% intentional. I do believe that 6 weeks is way too much for MRDM but this isn't the place to discuss.

How you gonna come on here an say that??? In the video you can clearly see him miss the doorway and then try again? He said he didn't think it would kill anyone but in saying that he admitted that he was trying to hit players with it and then by saying he planned it he also made it clear that he was lying when he said he didn't think it would kill anyone. Why even bother post when you cant evaluate a situation like this unbiased?

DENIED

Ban appeals are for unjust bans, which is not the case here.
