Why do you want to be part of the staff team? I would like to be a part of the staff team as I am spending an increasing amount on the server and seeing as I won VIP I feel like the other way to give back to the server would be to help the staff team as I have experience staffing. Another reason is that where I am from the UK I am online at peak times as well as times where the server is less busy and at these times there is a clear lack of staff allowing for minges and RDM to happen freely which needs to be stopped.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? I believe I should be accepted onto the staff team as I have close to 4000 hours on Garry's Mod and with that I good 1000+ hours of those have been staffing on multiple servers, I have also had the pleasure of owning my own server a few years back so with this I have an extensive knowledge of ULX. I feel I am responsible and have gotten to know the server quite well.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
If seen in RP I would approach him and I would ask him for reasoning for killing the civilian for example: giving him 5 seconds to leave, if he shows invalid reasoning call on a MPF to arrest him and if the civilian were to call a member of staff and I would answer I would bring them both to an isolated point on the map and ask what happened and collect any evidence from the victim, If there is sufficient evidence against the MPF I would use the Awarn system to give them a warning and if there isn't any evidence from either side I would simply return them both to return to RP.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Remind them that they cannot defect and if they wish to play as a combine they have the opportunity to as they have 1 character slot for either faction. I would leave them with a verbal warning and return to outside of base borders to continue RPing
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Tell them calmly to please settle down and that they cannot demote me for an OOC reason and that if they find sufficient reason to demote me in RP then they are free to do so if they feel that as a member of staff I have failed them then they are free to create a report on the forums. What they were doing is wrong and if they fail to calm down I would use Awarn if they calm down and act more understanding I would be more kind with my punishment with a simple verbal warning. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
CoC to a higher up and provide evidence to ensure they are permanently banned from the server while that is waiting mute them so they can't make any more threats and give an Awarn incase they leave the server so if they rejoin members of staff are aware. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

Contact above their rank and ask for advice and then let them handle it further.

Allthough your answers are admittedly shallow and could do some improving, i still think that, given enough training, being told properly on what is right and wrong, and how you should act in certaint situations, that you would make an amazing fit for the EU team.
Also it's allways nice to get someone on the plus side of UTC/GMT.
