An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? If a ticket is made, I would bring the Civilian first to listen his side of the story, after that I would bring the Union and ask him why did he kill him. If it was an accident I would give him a verbal warning, if he did it on purpose I would warn him for RDM. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? I would check if the CO has logged it in the sub-division channel, then check if his STEAM ID corresponds with the one that CO logged. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? First I would ask if there is an event about it, if not I would bring the H.E.C.U into a sit and explain him that "R.P defect" is not a thing. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? Check the logs if the cross indeed has been spawn-camping and if he was granted to scout. If he was spawn-camping, I would bring him into a sit, explain to him that while scouting you can't attack rebels in any form, inform his CO about it, and warn him for Spawn-Camping. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would record it and after the sit, send it to his higher-ups. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? If he is using it in base borders there is no problem but outside the base is against the rules. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
