Okay so It's been like 9-10 months since my first appeal but Let me assure, back then i was too confused and panicked of this situation of being permabanned from CVR for somewhat "hacking" and thought this was just a misunderstood but now that i know for certain, this was a fuck up and I know it, here's a thing, the first clip of me "locking" onto a Rebel, it was a quick snap and it looked like i have locked onto him, however though i didn't really lock onto him directly, because i notice the crosshair was like itches away from the the orange square and head of the rebel, now the second clip is also shows that i have locked onto a another rebel, however not entirely directly on him, the crosshair was below the square and the rebel before moving up to him.

Now i may have never recorded any kind of videos since i never have any interest of recording my gameplay in CVR, but compare to the clips of Ghoul during his ban appeals, i am very honest that these two clips of my Accusation, specifically the first clip is not entirely damning at all, now if you don't believe me, i recommend you look deeply at the crosshair, mostly on the first clip before you judge me otherwise, to conclude this i will say that These clips are not too convicting to me and in the end, needs to examined closer before deciding

I mean, i can't blame you but there's one i forgot to add on this thread is that i have been frequently using Suit zoom through my 2 to 3 Years in CVR, and i have used it alot since it helps me identify targets from far distances, just to be sure i don't accidentally fire upon a friendly or TK'ing and Accidental RDM on Civilian
what resolution do you play on if you don't mind me asking? i feel like at that range it wouldn't be that hard to differentiate between a rebel and a civ but maybe that's just me
