While he cannot vouch for my change in character since we have not spoken during my time away, I believe that the +1 support and love for my potential return to the community from Kowalski - one of my former HECU CO's - should weigh heavily in the consideration of this appeal. We spoke frequently over voice chat through the FOXHOUND Discord since he was my primary trainer throughout my time active and could understand more of my complete character.

A dox threat or "joke" is a very big deal. I would stand by Burn's denial reason for your previous appeal.
I understand and appreciate you giving your perspective on this situation. After reviewing my previous appeal as well as carefully looking at the comments made by Aura and joe in Sevin's recent post, I would like to say a few things. First, I am not a repeat offender of any bannable offense on the server. I may have one warning on my record; nonetheless, this is my first major offense. Second, I would like to provide some context to the situation from my first appeal: I was a rebel in the rebel spawn base (no raid) being shot at by an unknown target at the time my comments were made, afterward finding out that it was a fellow rebel teammate teamkilling within the base that was handled thereafter. I did not make my comments toward anyone in particular, which brings up the question of interpreting who it is threatening. This by no means justifies my actions and I still sincerely acknowledge that my actions were entirely uncalled for, I would just like context to be added in this specific circumstance. Additionally, I want it to be clear that I do not want context to be the primary defense in my appeal. I believe that the change in my character, being away from the community for nearly two years, along with the time spent away from the situation, should garner consideration in this process.
Please let me know if there's anything people would like to discuss further, thank you for your combined consideration thus far.

While I do think a ban is necessary, as there is a very blurry and gray line between threatening to dox someone and joking about doxing someone that we really do not want people dancing on, I don't like the prospect that a single, dumb joke (and in this case clearly such) in ooc can get you banned forever.
PS: The fact that saying, "I'm going to force a car's air bag to the back of your throat then kick you in the jaw," is perfectly acceptable but saying, "I am going to put your first name in chat," warrants a perm ban is fucking hilarious.

Not a lot to gain but also absolutely nothing to lose, this should've boiled down to a "yeah sure why not" already.
